Dr. Adam Holen is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Before attending Palmer, he was a collegiate athlete and completed his undergraduate degree at Winona State University in Minnesota. He has devoted his post-graduate studies to biomechanics and soft tissue therapy with a focus on sustainably restoring healthy range of motion by fixing muscle adhesion. His goal is to provide World-Class non-surgical health care for patients dealing with chronic pain that hasn’t resolved with other therapies. Whether it’s avoiding surgery, getting active, or playing with your kids, we share the same goal.
Outside of the office Dr. Holen enjoys staying active in the mountains by hiking, biking, and snowboarding. He values a work-life balance, so in his down-time he cherishes time with his girlfriend, their dog, family & friends.
